A leading administrative services provider in Wales is looking for a temporary Administrative Support role. About this job

Working with one of the emergency services providers in Wales, based in the Headquarters.

Your new role will provide general administrative support to the Administrative Supervisor and all directorates across the organisation, including photocopying, scanning, filing, mailshots and other similar tasks.

Maintain and interrogate databases as required by the Service to provide information in an accurate, timely and efficient manner, including uploading documents and information onto the internet and intranet (e.g., Headlines and Front Page).

Maintain the Business Support inbox and take action where appropriate.

Assist Community Safety in arranging HFSC checks by taking calls, emails and allocating them to practitioners or stations.
