Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Temporary Administrator for a fully remote position in Leeds, United Kingdom. Temporary Administrator - Audio Typing & Minute-Taking (4 Weeks)

£18.31 per hour | Fully Remote | 35 hours per week

Start ASAP - some flexibility on start / finish times (core team hours 9-5)

We're looking for an experienced administrator to support a busy team for the next four weeks. With two team members currently unavailable and a backlog of recorded meetings to work through, we need someone who can step straight in and keep things moving.

What you'll be doing :

Typing up a high volume of recorded meetings accessed through the digital system

Producing accurate minutes, agendas and action logs

Ensuring all documentation is formatted consistently and in line with set guidance

Supporting general admin tasks as needed

Helping the team clear the existing backlog quickly and efficiently

What we're looking for :

Strong background in audio typing, minute-taking and document preparation

Able to pick things up quickly and work independently from day one

Excellent attention to detail and confident working with formatting standards

Experience in education or the public sector is ideal, especially with committee or academic board processes - but strong minute-taking skills from other sectors will also be considered

Comfortable working fully remotely
