Description
  • Designing and specifying a range of adaptation works through to completion in line with service standards.
  • Tendering and issuing of contracts for works.
  • Acting as principal designer, good understanding of H\&S, CDM.
  • Undertaking practical completion visits on a range of adaptations and planned work streams to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Ensuring that a high quality, timely, resident‑focussed, and value for money service is delivered.
Profile
  • Proven experience within the construction industry, particularly in the public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and property adaptation standards.
  • Proficiency in preparing specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
