Job summary

Haven is seeking an Activities & Pool Manager to lead our activities programme and pool operations across our UK sites. You will coach and develop your team, schedule activities, manage budgets, and ensure safety and compliance. This hands-on role keeps you visible and involved in delivering memorable guest experiences.

You'll need strong leadership, experience in leisure/hospitality, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. DBS checks and PPO/SPTO training are supported where needed.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in leisure or hospitality settings.
• Budget management and cost control experience.
• Safety knowledge and compliance awareness.
• Strong communication and guest-service mindset.
