Job summary

Haven is seeking an Activities & Pool Manager at Seton Sands Holiday Village in Port Seton. Lead the activities and leisure team, ensuring memorable guest experiences while managing budgets and safety.

You will coach staff, optimise scheduling, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced holiday environment. DBS/health & safety knowledge, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in Sports, Leisure, or Hospitality.
• Relevant safety certifications are preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Activities & Leisure team to deliver excellent service and meet targets.
• Enhance guest experiences by addressing concerns and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor performance, coach staff, and conduct reviews.
• Oversee scheduling, budgets, and resources for efficiency.
• Ensure operations comply with health & safety regulations and policies.
• Resolve daily issues to keep operations smooth.
• Support staff development through training opportunities.
