Job summary

Haven’s Haggerston Castle Holiday Park in Beal, near Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland is hiring an Activities & Pool Manager to lead the activities programme and pool operations. You’ll be hands-on, visible, and actively involved in delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing scheduling, budgets, and your team.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a proactive approach to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role in Sports, Leisure or Hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Budgeting and financial management experience.
• Health and safety knowledge and practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team: Motivate and coach your team to deliver brilliant activities and pool experiences while managing performance and growth.
• Own guest experiences: Address concerns and drive improvements to keep guests happy.
• Manage operations: Schedule, budgets and resources with emphasis on safety and compliance.

• Support development: Mentor your team and create growth opportunities.
