Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking an experienced Activities Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of all activities across Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families at our DL Club. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding member experiences.

You will recruit, train and empower your team to deliver the highest standards, driving engagement, teamwork and a welcoming, inclusive club culture for members and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility.
• Experience leading multiple functions across departments or across variable departments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• A passion about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage activities across Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families.
• Act as Duty Manager, ensuring efficient operation of the club.

As A ctivities M anger you will lead and manage an efficient operation of all activities that take place in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families Departments within your DL Club . You will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the efficient operation for the entire club.

As Activities Manager , we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility)."
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Overall great communication and collaboration skills
• Experience of financial planning and management."
• A passion about customer service."
