David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a busy club and deliver an outstanding member experience seven days a week. You will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and act as Duty Manager, ensuring service excellence and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail, sporting or leisure).
• Experience leading multiple functions across departments with varied challenges.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a David Lloyd Club to deliver an excellent member experience daily.
• Regularly act as Duty Manager and oversee the team’s performance.
• Ensure health & safety and compliance regulations are followed.
• Drive service quality, operational efficiency, and staff engagement.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture and consistent service standards.
