Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs Finchley is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a large, customer‑facing service facility, delivering exceptional member experiences across seven days. You will drive seamless day‑to‑day operations, coordinate teams, and uphold standards that keep the club running smoothly and safely.

In this role you will regularly act as Duty Manager, oversee health and safety, and work across departments to maintain service quality, financial discipline and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across multiple departments.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Regularly act as Duty Manager and lead your team to deliver excellent member experience.
• Ensure health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to.
• Maximise member experience on a day-to-day basis across the club.
