David Lloyd Clubs in Kingston is seeking an Activities Manager to lead the operation of Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families departments. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, ensuring smooth club operations and a premium member experience.

You will recruit, train and empower your team to deliver exceptional service, manage budgets, and foster a thriving, inclusive culture within the club. The role offers a competitive salary and progression opportunities.

As Activities Manger you will lead and manage an efficient operation of all activities that take place in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families Departments within your DL Club. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the efficient operation for the entire club.

About you:

As Activities Manager, we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).

• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.

• Overall great communication and collaboration skills

• Experience of financial planning and management.

• A passion about customer service.
