Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Bracknell is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to lead a team and ensure exceptional service within our premium health and wellness clubs. You will help manage both indoor and outdoor operations, including events like summer BBQs and quiz nights, maintaining the high standards our members expect.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Delivering great quality food and exceptional service to members with pride.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a team within indoor and outdoor operations, including events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights.
• Ensure consistent quality of food and beverage service and guest experience.
