Job summary

David Lloyd Group is seeking an Activities Manager in Bicester to lead the operations of activities across Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families within the club. You will act as Duty Manager and oversee recruitment, training and empowerment of your team to deliver an exceptional member experience.

The role requires experience managing large facilities and coordinating across departments, with a focus on customer service and financial planning.
