The David Lloyd Group in Bicester is seeking an Operations Assistant to support club operations, ensuring members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, seven days a week.

This role involves cleaning, opening/closing tasks, greeting members, and assisting teams as needed. Perks include Free Club Membership and various discounts, with opportunities for internal training and career advancement.

Formación

• Customer service experience or aptitude.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks across the club.
• Handle opening and closing duties to ensure club readiness.
• Greet and assist members, supporting their experience.
• Provide support to teams across the club as needed.
