We’re on the hunt for target-driven, commercially savvy sales professionals to identify, acquire and develop new car park locations across the UK on a faster-paced flexible model. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify, Acquire & Develop: Source, deliver and develop new sites, that support our ambitious growth targets.
- Acting as a project management lead for the opening of newly acquired sites, collaborating with our internal legal, operations and finance teams on delivery.
- Commercial Portfolio Management; you will be responsible for the success of your newly acquired sites, from a commercial and revenue generation perspective.
- Manage the Pipeline: Maintain a healthy and active pipeline of site opportunities, ensuring consistent progress and successful new site openings in your region. You will have overall responsibility for your sites from initial lead to site onboarding and beyond.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop compelling customer and market propositions that drive acquisition success.
- Stay Ahead of Competitors: Track local competitor activity to sharpen your acquisition strategy and seize market opportunities.
- Hit the Numbers: Your success will be measured by KPI’s, including the number of new sites openings, and the overall revenue performance of your portfolio.
What You’ll Bring:
- End-to-end sales experience, ideally in a business development, car sales, property, recruitment or similar type of environment.
- A self-starting, growth-driven mindset with a proven track record of building and converting pipelines.
- Strong financial acumen. You know your way around a P&L and can use financial insight to guide business decisions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You build trust, influence effectively and close deals.
- Resilience and proactivity. You’re comfortable navigating complexity and thrive on delivering results.
