Job summary

A business transformation company based in Leckhampton is seeking a Temporary Full-Time Accounts Receivable Administrator for a period of 15 months. The position includes processing sales ledger transactions, creating customer accounts, and generating financial reports. Ideal candidates will have experience with sales ledger and strong Excel skills. Qualifications

  • Previous Sales Ledger experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Prior experience in dealing with large sales invoice and credit note volumes would be advantageous.
  • Excellent IT skills and strong experience of Excel are required.
  • Demonstrated sound communication skills, both face to face and over the phone, are necessary.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Process sales invoices and credits on a daily basis.
  • Create new customer accounts.
  • Produce weekly and monthly customer invoice reports.
  • Acquire knowledge to enable processing of complex customer sales ledger reports.
  • Contact customers to obtain key billing data via telephone and email.
