Qualifications

• Proven experience within Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
• Confident raising bank payments and performing reconciliations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments across purchases and cashback transactions.
• Reviewing and resolving incomplete or incorrect payment requests.
• Raising bank payments and completing reconciliations.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls.
• Supporting the wider finance function during busy periods.
