Job description

Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours/week with flexible working hours, allowing start times between 7am-10am and finish times between 2.30pm-6pm.

Working within a busy Accounts Payable department, this role is an integral part of the AP function. You will contribute to the success, efficiency, and effectiveness of a well-established Accounts Payable team by accurately performing daily processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Post supplier invoices and credit notes
2. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on queries and communication
3. Reconcile statements
4. Review and resolve AP queries
5. Maintain clean ledgers, including debit and credit balances
6. Close down POs
7. Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience working with Accounts Payable within a large organization
• Computer literate with good IT skills, including MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment
• Experience with Workday/AI technology is a bonus
• Fluent in English; additional European languages, especially Dutch, are highly beneficial
