Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in an all-around accounts role.
• Experience in a property company preferred but not essential.
• Ability to use different and bespoke software advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices, matching, batching, and coding.
• Prepare and post sales invoices; assist with credit control.
• Complete supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support daily bank reconciliations and cash monitoring.
• Assist with month-end tasks including journals and prepayments.
• Maintain accurate purchase, sales, and nominal ledgers.
• Manage tenant and landlord account queries.
• Assist with VAT returns and other submissions.
• Support year-end audit preparation.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
