Are you organised, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact? At Fletchers Solicitors, we’re looking for a proactive Accounts Assistant to support our growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic Accounts Team, handling essential financial tasks that keep our legal services running smoothly.

Main Responsibilities For The Role
  • Processing incoming cheques
  • Processing client payments and disbursements
  • Clearing client balances
  • Checking costs are correct with ledger
  • Updating reports
  • Dealing with emails from fee earners
  • Credit control
  • Closing/archiving of case files
  • Complying with Solicitors Regulation Authority rules
  • Other accounts admin tasks as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Experience working with a case management system
  • Attention to detail
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Basic IT skills
  • Effective communication skills
