What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own all customer‑related administration including portals and back‑order management.
  • Ensure orders, amendments and reports are actioned within agreed SLAs delivering exceptional service.
  • Develop strong and professional relationships with Customers, Account Managers and internal departments.
  • Take responsibility for escalations ensuring timely and effective resolution.
