Sentrex is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to cover the Manchester area. You will be the primary contact for our clients, ensuring facility management needs are met with exceptional service.

Your energetic approach will help build relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and support growth through effective B2B sales and client engagement. You will manage existing accounts, identify opportunities, coordinate with internal teams, and conduct site visits to ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management in a service environment.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Full driving license for travel between client sites.
• Organised, with proactive problem-solving and IT literacy for account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
• Identify growth opportunities through proactive client engagement and needs analysis.
• Negotiate service agreements and renewals to maximise client value.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored facility management solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess service quality and address issues promptly.
