Responsibilities include maintaining relationships, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored facility management solutions across Manchester and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or account management within a service-oriented industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Valid driving licence for travel between client sites as needed.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good understanding of IT systems for managing accounts and documentation efficiently.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts effectively.
