Sentrex Services UK Ltd is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of around 40 clients across the Midlands and North West, including Stoke-on-Trent. You will manage daily operations, lead cleaning operatives, and drive client satisfaction with a monthly bonus scheme.

The role includes budgeting, HR handling, and identifying growth opportunities while maintaining service excellence across contracted sites. Previous FM/cleaning account experience preferred.

Competenze

• Experience as Cleaning Account Manager or similar in facilities management.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams and managing client accounts.
• Driving licence is required.
