Job summary

Sentrex Services UK Ltd is seeking an Account Manager for the Stoke area and across the Midlands and North West. You will oversee daily cleaning operations, lead a team of operatives, and maintain strong client relationships across around 40 clients.

The role includes monthly audits, budget considerations, and opportunities to grow the service portfolio. A company car, mobile, laptop and on-site parking are provided, with a £150 monthly audits bonus. Monday–Friday with some weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Cleaning Account Management.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Valid driving licence required.
• Strong client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of contracted cleaning services.
• Lead and motivate a team of operatives to deliver standards.
• Manage client relationships and ensure service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and complete monthly audits for clients.
• Assist with budgeting and resource planning to meet targets.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and growth.
