Job summary

SIVA Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team in Southampton. This hands-on role combines account management, customer service and commercial responsibility, with ownership of an established portfolio.

You will build strong customer relationships through face-to-face visits, coordinate orders end-to-end from enquiry to invoicing, and work closely with production, planning and logistics to keep orders on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B account management, customer service or customer operations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with ownership.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and colleagues.
• Good numerical skills; proficient with Excel and CRM/order-processing systems.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to visit customers.
• Experience in packaging, print or manufacturing is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and face-to-face visits.
• Manage and develop existing accounts, identify growth opportunities and support commercial discussions.
• Coordinate orders from enquiry through to production, delivery and invoicing.
• Collaborate with production, planning and logistics to keep orders on track and resolve issues.
• Inform customers, manage expectations and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain accurate account records, forecasts and order information.
