Job summary

SIVA Group is seeking a highly organised Customer Operations Co-ordinator in the UK. You will own day-to-day customer operations from entry to delivery, invoicing and completion, working closely with Sales and operations teams to keep processes efficient and on schedule.

In this role you will manage orders, coordinate transport, and act as a main customer contact, ensuring accuracy and timely updates across systems. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, accountable approach with a genuine sense of ownership.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Confidence using Excel and internal business systems.
• Previous experience in operations, logistics or a similar role would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer orders from entry through to delivery and invoicing, ensuring accuracy at every stage.
• Coordinating transport and logistics, managing delivery schedules and resolving issues quickly.
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers, handling queries and keeping communication flowing between sales and operations.
• Maintaining accurate order, delivery and performance trackers, ensuring full visibility of day-to-day operations.
• Identifying potential issues early, taking ownership and working with the relevant teams to find solutions.
• Supporting invoicing, payment follow-ups and customer service performance reporting.
