Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a multisite education-based portfolio in Birmingham. You will manage cleaning operatives, ensuring sites meet high standards and lead a team across multiple sites.

You'll nurture client relationships, ensure quality service delivery, recruit and coach service teams, and drive health and safety compliance. The role includes identifying improvement opportunities and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience managing Cleaning contracts
• Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure and influence at a senior level
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety systems
• Ability to work to tight timescales
• Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacy

Responsibilities

• Providing and maintaining the quality-of-service delivery

Based across Birmingham
Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE) + company car

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing Central division overseeing a multisite portfolio for an education based client.

You’ll be managing a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring their sites are thoroughly supervised and that the specified standards are met and maintained to a high level. No two days will be the same. When you’re dealing with people there’s never a dull moment, and you’ll use your strong interpersonal skills to support and develop your team.

As an Account Manager you’ll be:
