Churchill Services in Cambridge and Uttlesford is seeking an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites and lead a team of cleaning operatives and supervisors. • Lead contract and specification review meetings with clients to ensure ongoing alignment.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and legislation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost efficiencies, and account growth.

Location: Cambridge and Uttlesford
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 doe + company car or car allowance

We're looking for an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to join our growing Chequers Cleaning Division, overseeing a portfolio of sites between Cambridge and Uttlesford. With several exciting new business wins in the area, there's never been a better time to become part of our expanding team.

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you'll lead and inspire a team of Cleaning Operatives and Supervisors to deliver exceptional service standards across the contracts. Your leadership, people management, and client relationship skills will be vital in ensuring continued success and client satisfaction.

As a Cleaning Account Manager, you will:
