We're looking for a results-oriented Account Manager who is passionate about partnering with our advertisers to make effective, analytically minded marketing decisions. As an Account Manager, you will manage and deliver against difficult advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and exceed revenue targets. You nurture customer relationships, identify/close revenue driving actions and develop your client\'s portfolio. Additionally, you will be able to leverage Amazon\'s proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized campaign recommendations to meet your customer\'s business goals. This role is highly collaborative, working with Creative, Sales, Product and Retail partners. The Account Manager\'s strategic digital expertise is considered critical to unlocking greater value and impact for our advertisers.

Responsibilities
  • Use knowledge of Amazon Advertising full-funnel ad products and measurement to craft tailored proposals for customers.
  • Own all facets of the account management process for medium to large accounts, and develop strategic relationships with key points of contact.
  • Develop omnichannel media plans, campaign strategies, and audience targeting recommendations per brand and product line.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights & recommendations that influence short term / long term digital media strategy.
  • Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance using a data driven approach.
  • Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to achieve greater results on Amazon.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Professional experience in digital advertising and client facing roles.
  • Experience evaluating data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Work experience in digital media including display/search advertising, campaign optimization, analytics platforms, client management and business development.
  • Influence process improvement that scales broadly; inventing and simplifying within existing processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize, to succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing business.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Advertising with experience owning Media Buying/Planning across Digital Advertising, eCommerce, and/or Linear Broadcast/Streaming TV focused roles.
  • Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Programmatic strategy and implementation experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering results (including revenue targets) and significantly contributing to advertiser revenue growth.
