A client-focused service provider in South Yorkshire seeks an Account Manager to join their high-performing Client Services team. The role includes managing customer relationships, providing project management, and ensuring excellent customer service. Applicants should have proven experience in client-facing roles, possess strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask across IT systems. This position offers a hybrid working setup: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, alongside numerous employee benefits.
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our high performing Client Services team as an Account Manager, being the primary point of contact for our new and existing customers here at Paragon.
Reporting into the Senior Account Manager, the purpose of this role will be to provide excellent customer service, account development, project management, communication and coordination. Managing customer enquiries and projects from initial request through to completion and ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home per week
