Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our high performing Client Services team as an Account Manager, being the primary point of contact for our new and existing customers here at Paragon.

Reporting into the Senior Account Manager, the purpose of this role will be to provide excellent customer service, account development, project management, communication and coordination. Managing customer enquiries and projects from initial request through to completion and ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the sales team, grow and develop clients and assisting in scheduled account reviews
  • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times and own the day to day customer relationship
  • Be the primary point of contact for the customer and work alongside the Account Director and other key stakeholders where required
  • Contribute to and attend customer review meetings
  • Lead and/or assist customer projects working with all relevant internal and external teams
  • Have an understanding of the wider group offering to identify opportunities to cross sell new services and products
  • Work to your own initiative, applying your knowledge and understanding of the customers ways of working
  • Prioritise workload ensuring all requests are dealt with and completed on time whilst monitoring ongoing projects
  • Understand and manage customer enquiries for online ordering platforms
  • Attend face to face meetings as and when required
  • Record, investigate and resolve complaints independently whilst knowing when escalation to management is required
