As an Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of our clients customer success strategy. Here you will manage a dynamic portfolio, drive growth through exceptional service and provide crucial strategic insight.
Job Objectives
- Retain and grow a portfolio of valued customers through proactive relationship management
- Deliver exceptional service and identify opportunities to expand our Client's footprint
- Be the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless, high-quality solutions
- With the support of the mobilisation team, take full ownership of the customer experience through onboarding new customers
- Lead contract renewals and price negotiations with confidence and clarity
- Manager terminations with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction
- Use data-driven insights to increase service delivery and profitability
- Working with your Customer relationship advisor, provide support for customer escalations, resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
- Partner with onboarding and service teams to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing excellence
- Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and enhance customer experience
- Own your KPIs: retention, upsell, debt management and forecasting
- Stay organised and efficient with strong calendar and workload management, including scheduled customer KPI visits
Perosnal Qualities
- A customer first mindset with a passion for building lasting relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in account management or service delivery
- Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels
- Analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into action
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as salesforce, or similar platforms to manage pipelines, track performance and enhance customer engagement
- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
- A full, Clean UK Driving licence
