A leading insurance services provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage key client relationships and contribute to business growth. The successful candidate will provide performance reports, measure service delivery, and resolve performance issues effectively. Commercial Insurance experience and excellent communication skills are essential. This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring presence in London and flexibility to work from home.
As Account Manager you will use your Commercial Insurance market knowledge and relationship management skills to liaise with our Client's key Partners.
You will have face-to-face relationships with some of their main Clients in the UK and accordingly you will be comfortable with spending time in London.
You will lead the relationship with a portfolio of major Clients but will work closely with the team who work hard to provide the business critical information you discuss and use with Clients to grow the business and build the relationships.
You will be comfortable working with senior Executives occasionally on contentious issues and also on critical business discussions.
This role can be performed on a hybrid basis, spending time working at home and in the office.
