Account Manager/Regional Relationship Manager

(South East) located within a 1 hour train journey to London

£42k - £45k (DOE) + Commission + Car Allowance + Benefits (OTE + £15k-£20k Uncapped)

We're looking for a driven and experienced Field Based Account Manager to join our commercial team, focused on client retention and new business growth within existing regional and key strategic accounts.

You will ideally have come from a Facilities Management, Property, Seasonal Services or worked within the Outdoor Estate Management arena.

This is a relationship-focused role ideally for someone with strong commercial acumen, excellent client management skills, and a proven track record in account growth and contract negotiation.

The role will cover the Southeast region with an emphasis of being out in the field visiting new and existing clients and being the focal point of developing accounts. Getting established and understanding client requirements with the tenacity and drive to upsell additional products and services will be your driver.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retain and grow key client accounts through proactive relationship management
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within your region
  • Lead client meetings, contract reviews, and service development discussions
  • Prepare proposals, manage pricing conversations, and close deals
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver service excellence and meet KPIs
  • Maintain accurate reporting and CRM updates to support forecasting and planning
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in account management or B2B sales, ideally within FM, property, or seasonal service industries
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
  • Demonstrated success in hitting sales targets and growing existing accounts
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and confident using CRM and Microsoft Office tools
  • Willingness to travel across your region for client meetings and site visits
