Rexel UK Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Person at our Birmingham branch to manage existing customer accounts and develop new business. You will serve customers by phone, in-branch, and via email to drive loyalty and growth.

You will build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and expand your portfolio while supporting the branch team to ensure timely order fulfilment and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent sales service to key customers by phone, in-branch or via email to drive loyalty.
• Own and grow a live portfolio of customers while proactively targeting new profitable accounts.
• Be the first point of call for key accounts/clients and understand their requirements to grow the portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team, including Trade Counter activities and order fulfilment to ensure timely delivery.
