Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking an Internal Sales professional at our Birmingham branch to strengthen customer partnerships and drive growth. You will manage existing accounts, proactively develop new business, and deliver excellent sales service by phone, email or in-branch.

You will become the go-to expert for your customers, building rapport, meeting targets, and supporting branch operations to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in a highly competitive, customer-focused role with sales targets is preferred.
• You will be the subject matter expert for your customers and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent sales service to key customers by phone, in-branch, or via email to drive loyalty.
• Be the first point of contact for key accounts and understand client requirements to grow your portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team, including trade counter duties and order processing to ensure on-time delivery.
