Job summary

The JobsBoard is seeking a customer-focused Sales Support / Account Executive for a full-time, office-based role in Sittingbourne. You will respond promptly to inbound enquiries and proactively reach out to nurture existing accounts.

Hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. You will build strong relationships, maintain CRM records, coordinate with warehouse teams, and support field sales to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
• Proactively contact existing and lapsed customers to promote products and new lines.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the range.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM.
• Liaise with warehouse, logistics and purchasing teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Support account strategies and handovers with field sales reps.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
