Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the commercial and account management teams.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through internal systems.
• Coordinate customer requests and ensure information is communicated across departments.
• Support the introduction of new products and help ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Maintain accurate customer, product and pricing information.
• Monitor stock availability and work with internal teams to meet demand.
• Coordinate product samples and track them through internal processes.
• Assist with meeting preparation, travel arrangements and general team administration.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent support throughout the customer journey.
