Your mission

We are looking for a highly driven Account Executive to lead deskbird’s expansion in the UK. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, and closing Mid‑Market and Enterprise deals.

In this role you will

• Build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline through targeted prospecting.
• Own the full sales cycle from identifying prospects to closing deals.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and position deskbird as the ideal solution for hybrid work.
• Drive deskbird’s growth in the UK/I by identifying business opportunities and building relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective outbound strategies.
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for both Mid‑Market and Enterprise clients to maximize deal success.

What you need to be successful

• At least 3+ years of experience as a B2B SaaS Account Executive with a strong outbound focus.
• Proven track record in pipeline generation, lead development, and outbound deals.
• Demonstrated success in selling to Mid‑Market and Enterprise clients via outbound.
• Passion for outbound sales and business development, with a high level of autonomy.
