Overview

Account Executive - Professional Services — London, Hybrid. Salary £80 - 100K base; £40 - 80K in commission. For more senior candidates: £100 - 120K base, with double commission. These candidates need to have experience generating revenue of £8M+ per annum.

Benefits: Medical, dental, life insurance, 25 days leave.

New business role, focused on landing new logos in the Energy & Utilities sector. Some element of account management, but this is a new business role. Need to have a track record of successful selling consulting/professional technical services and generating revenue of £2-6M annually.

We're looking for an Account Executive to lead new business development and drive complex, high-value professional services sales across the UK Energy & Utilities market. This full-time, strategic role is based in London with hybrid working.

Responsibilities
  • Win new business and build high-value client relationships
  • Define and execute sales strategies and closure plans
  • Engage C-level stakeholders as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to shape tailored value propositions
  • Support UK growth by coordinating with international teams when needed
About You
  • Proven success in professional services/tech consulting sales.
  • Skilled in complex solution selling and managing long sales cycles.
  • Experienced in managing the full sales cycle, involving subject matter experts for technical client meetings.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence at C-suite level
  • Experienced in building pipeline through prospecting and networking
  • Experience selling to the Energy/Utilities sector is desirable but not essential
