A leading experiential marketing agency in London is seeking an Account Executive for a fixed-term contract until May 29, 2026. The successful candidate will immerse themselves in experiential marketing, offering support in account administration, event production, and customer service. Qualifications

The Role

The Account Executive is a proactive individual eager for an opportunity to immerse themselves into the world of experiential. With a keen desire to learn and a passion for the industry, the Account Executive will have the opportunity to work across different service areas, which could include:

  • Account & Project Administration
  • Event Production Support
  • Customer Service Support

THIS IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT ROLE WITH AN IMMEDIATE START UNTIL 29 MAY 2026. You will work closely with the OBE London NFL and NFL Teams account to support the execution of high‑profile campaigns to deliver to the needs and expectations of the client. You will be part of a team ensuring that we provide a service for ‘in real life’ moments that are best in class.

On a day‑to‑day basis you work collaboratively and creatively with your colleagues, suppliers and clients in order to help deliver high quality campaigns. Fresh thinking is part of our DNA, to bring disruptive and innovative ideas to all of our campaigns.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive role is varied, and you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

Account & Project Administration
  • Assisting the Account Lead in managing day to day relationships with allocated clients
  • Working alongside the Account Lead to facilitate the client brief
  • Managing specific day to day administrative tasks
  • Supporting the creation of key client documentation
  • Managing your own workload using OBE London’s project management processes
  • Supporting with the presentation of responses to the brief and key documents to clients
  • Supporting Account Lead with the management of delivery budgets
Event Production & Customer Service Support
  • Supporting the Event Production Lead with innovative and creative solutions in the design and delivery phase of campaigns
  • Assisting the Event Production Lead with the management of key suppliers, stakeholders and partners
  • Supporting on‑ground execution as required
  • Lead school and club communications including recruitment
  • Venue research and administration
  • Supporting the completion of key event delivery documentation
  • Supporting day to day communication with venue partners
  • Supporting day to day communication with engaged participants
  • Delivering logistical planning such as accommodation, subsistence & travel bookings
  • Supporting the management of an on‑call Event Control function during live delivery
About the person

We are looking for a highly dedicated member of the team who is keen to learn. As the Account Executive for this role you:

Package
  • Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 29 May 2026
  • Hours: 37.5 hours a week
  • Location: Hybrid, London, minimum of 3 office days a week
  • Salary: £28,000 (pro rata)
  • Holiday: 20 days annual leave (pro rata), Bank Holidays & time off in lieu for every weekend day worked
