You will manage customer bookings, ensure accurate pricing, and maintain records while collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service and coordinating services.
• Familiarity with waste management processes and compliance docs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Accurately book and coordinate waste management services with pricing and schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to confirm services and resolve issues.
• Obtain and maintain accurate compliance documentation (waste transfers/consignment notes).
• Maintain CRM and job management records to support delivery and invoicing.
• Support Account Executives and the Service team with admin and peak workloads.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and high-quality customer service.
