Job summary

Recycling Lives Services in Preston is seeking a proactive Key Account Executive to coordinate and deliver services for a portfolio of key customer accounts. You’ll be the main day-to-day contact, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and first-class service while building strong relationships.

Qualifications

Highly organised and customer-focused.
Experience delivering high-quality customer or account support.
Commercial awareness and understanding of account profitability.

Responsibilities

Coordinate customer jobs from request to completion, recording services, pricing and scheduling.
Act as day-to-day contact for customers, providing advice and resolving service issues.
Work with nationwide supplier network to coordinate collections and maintain service standards.
Apply pricing matrices and discuss options with customers.
Maintain CRM, pricing and compliance records and support continuous improvement.
