This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive and Sales at MedBoard. The person will be responsible for helping the business grow, managing high demand in demo requests, upgrades, and support agreements, as well as customer relationships and account management. Work and sell a product that professionals love, which has an exceptional retention rate.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in selling SaaS or relevant sales experience.
  • Experience in business development, account management, or sales.
  • Experience in life sciences, especially in regulated industries such as MedTech or Pharma, including key regulatory processes in regulatory, clinical, or PMS areas, is a plus.
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities through various methods and recommendations from existing customers.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize yield.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with potential and current customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services.
  • Generate regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Monitor customer performance, volume, and satisfaction levels.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.
  • Demonstrate passion for solving problems aligned with the MedBoard mission.
  • Possess strong system design and problem-solving skills, especially when dealing with unknowns.
