Job Description

As Account Director you will report to the Client Services Director and take the lead on several of the agency's key client relationships and biggest spending clients. This is a commercial role where you will be expected to grow accounts as well as nurture the relationships.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will currently or have recently been working at Account Director within a marketing agency and have proven experience in leading retail / FMCG client accounts.

  • Client relationship management - proven experience in growing accounts
  • Experience of managing a large P&L
  • A team player - friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude.
  • Leadership - this role involves aligning multiple teams to achieve the client objectives
  • Commercial and business awareness, particularly of an agency model
  • Ability to work under pressure
