Account Development Executive (Office-Based – Wrexham)

Wynex is a fast‑growing Facilities Management & Workforce Solutions provider, supporting national clients across the UK. We specialise in Reactive Repairs, Trades Labour, Technical Services, Cleaning Support, Security and FM Delivery.

We are now hiring an Account Development Executive to join our Wrexham office. This is a high‑energy, fast‑paced role for someone confident on the phone, organised, and driven to build relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to site managers, supervisors and FM teams
  • Build strong relationships across existing client accounts
  • Activate job requests and follow up on new opportunities
  • Maintain accurate notes and pipeline activity via CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Support the operations team to ensure smooth delivery
  • Work with the wider Wynex team across Repairs, People, Projects and Services
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the division
Requirements
  • Confident, clear and professional phone manner
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Target‑driven, energetic and proactive
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced office environment
  • Experience in recruitment, telesales or customer service is beneficial (not essential)
