Job summary

Culina is seeking an Account Administrator to join our Contract Logistics team in the United Kingdom on a full-time basis. The role involves handling client queries, producing and circulating reports for returns and fulfilment, and maintaining high standards of service across stock and order processes.

Key duties include managing client inboxes, assisting Merchandisers, processing order corrections, and supporting wholesale despatches.

Responsibilities

• Manage client queries and log issues with the site.
• Assist with creating and circulating reports for Returns and E.fulfilment within set timeframes.
• Manage the client inbox and respond to emails professionally.
• Assist Merchandisers and key contacts with stock, CMO, customer queries, replenishment, hampers and returns.
• Process corrections on orders, review and issue re-work instructions, manage corporate orders and escalations, track sample requests and other admin tasks.
• Manage back orders and intraday calls/emails.
• Support wholesale despatches (printing orders, paperwork, labeling guidance).
• Provide annual leave cover for Account Executive and admin colleagues.
• Maintain ReSCU and SMaRT systems per SOPs.
• Liaise daily with client key contacts in an articulate and efficient manner.
