Job summary

Culina is the UK’s leading independent specialist supply chain partner, delivering for major brands from 100+ locations. Culina Group invites you to join the Contract Logistics division as an Account Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. You will help deliver excellent customer service and efficient daily task execution.

Salary is £26,692 per annum with Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm hours. You will be part of a team that handles client queries, reports, stock, replenishment and order

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work using own initiative.
• IT literate with MS Office.
• Effectively prioritising work load to meet deadlines.
• Customer Service driven to maintain high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Manage client queries and log issues with site accordingly.
• Assist with creating and circulating reports for Returns and E.fulfilment within timeframes.
• Manage client inbox and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
• Assist Merchandisers and key contacts with queries on Stock, CMO, customer queries, replenishment, hampers and E.fulfilment.
• Process corrections on orders, issue re-work instructions, manage orders and escalations; track sample requests and other tasks per SOPs.
• Manage back orders and intraday calls and emails.
• Support Wholesale despatches and keep labeling guidance updated with client support.
• Provide annual leave cover for Account Executive and admin colleagues.
• Maintain ReSCU and SMaRT per SOP practices.
• Liaise with client key contact daily in an articulate and efficient manner.
