Culina is seeking a Customer Service Account Executive to join our Contract Logistics team in the UK. This full-time role reports to the Customer Service Manager and serves as the single point of contact for allocated accounts, coordinating with internal teams to resolve delivery issues and claims.

You'll help implement service policies, monitor KPIs, mentor colleagues, and support growth initiatives while maintaining high standards of customer relationships.

• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Monitor processes using feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Mentor and develop team members to excel.
• Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to set expectations and improvements.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain agreed KPIs and report performance.
• Support growth strategies with management and on ad-hoc projects.
• Investigate and report potential cost exposure and resolve claims.
