Job summary

Culina in the Contract Logistics division is seeking an Account Administrator for a full-time permanent position in Corby. You will deliver excellent customer service by efficiently handling day-to-day tasks and supporting the Account Executive in meeting service levels.

Ideal candidates have administrative experience, strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. The role runs Monday to Friday, 5:30am–1:30pm, with a salary of £26,409 per year.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work using own initiative.
• IT literate with knowledge surrounding MS Office.
• Effectively prioritising workload to meet deadlines.
• Customer service driven to maintain high levels of customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client queries and log issues with site.
• Create and circulate reports for Returns and E.fulfilment within timeframes.
• Manage client inbox and respond to emails professionally.
• Assist clients’ Merchandisers and contacts with queries on Stock, CMO, replenishment, etc.
• Process corrections on orders, issue re-work instructions, manage corporate orders, and track samples.
• Manage back orders and intraday communications (calls and emails).
• Support Wholesale despatches and ensure labeling guidance is up to date.
• Provide annual leave cover for Account Executive and admin colleagues.
• Maintain ReSCU and SMaRT in line with SOPs.
• Liaise daily with client key contacts.
