Away Resorts in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on leader to head a cleaning team responsible for preparing guest accommodation to exceptionally high standards. You will motivate, train and manage staff to ensure every unit is spotless on check-in and ready for guests.

This role requires coordinating on-bed changes, vacuuming, dusting, restocking bathrooms and kitchens, and maintaining inventory. You’ll work weekends and bank holidays, delivering delightful guest experiences and upholding

Formación

• Have a good level of general education and experience in a similar role.
• Be confident leading a busy team working to deadlines.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Care about the smallest detail and demonstrate the highest of standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a cleaning team to prepare guest accommodation to high standards, including beds, vacuuming, dusting and restocking.
• Motivate and train your team to work to the Accommodation Manual standards.
• Ensure all cleaners have equipment and kit for big clean on check-in days.
